A boutique consultancy firm specialising in developing inorganic growth strategy development facilitating foreign companies to enter new markets primerally in Oil&Gas, Petrochemicals, and Metals & Mining sector. Company is run from two locations being London, UK and Moscow, Russia.
We support our clients in finding a reliable partner, understanding local tax system, undertaking valuation of their business ideas, including arrangement of leveraged financing as well as negotiation support of transactional documentation. Our negotiation team has negotiated over $100bn worth of Join Venture agreements to date. We also can provide constructive feedback on the assumptions made by our clients as well as facilitate meetings with local authorities.
After acquisition we also provide ongoing support at the Board of Directors decision making process. In the UK, Russia and CIS we also help our clients with management of their local branches, including financial & accounting services as well as assistance of inbound investors in filing for refunds of withholding tax and follow up litigation process if any.
